Rich has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries. Currently, Rich is the Auto Finance Practice Executive for BenchMark Consulting International, a leading provider of insight to the financial services sector. Previously, Rich was a partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the firm's automotive retail practice. Rich has worked with all of the leading automotive Manufacturers and captive finance companies, as well as with various banks, finance companies and automotive megadealers. Rich has also held leadership positions with Capital One Auto Finance, Hewlett-Packard and IBM Corporation.

Gregory Arroyo
Gregory Arroyo serves as executive editor for F&I Management and Technology magazine. Mr. Arroyo's eight-year career as a journalist also includes a three-year stint with Mobile Electronics magazine, another Bobit Business Media publication covering the mobile electronics aftermarket. He also served as a reporter for the Los Angeles Times, and was part of the inaugural team that launched the newspaper's community newspaper program in Los Angeles. Mr. Arroyo has also served as a publicist and marketer for several consumer electronics companies, and helped lead two consumer-awareness campaigns for the Consumer Electronics Association's Mobile Electronics Division. Michael E. Bannister
 Mike Bannister is chairman and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Credit Company and is responsible for all operations of Ford Motor Credit worldwide. He is also an executive vice president of the Ford Motor Company, elevated from group vice president in September 2007.
Bannister was previously president and chief operating officer of Ford Motor Credit, with global responsibility for all sales and marketing functions, service centers, quality, customer satisfaction, process management and insurance operations.
He has also served as president of Ford Financial International where he led the company's operations in Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. Before that, he served as chairman, Ford Financial Europe.
Bannister joined Ford Motor Credit in 1973 and has held a number of branch and regional management operating positions in North America. He also served as vice president of Marketing in North America and executive director, European Sales Operations.
Bannister earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Memphis.

George E. Borst
George Borst is President and Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Financial Services (TFS), overseeing all operational and financial activities in the Americas region.
Borst began his career with Toyota in 1985 as Corporate Marketing Manager. Bobbie Britting is a Senior Analyst in the Consumer Lending service at TowerGroup, covering home equity, student, and auto lending. Her expertise, acquired during a 19-year career in financial services, includes product development, marketing, internet lending, and partnership management.

She also launched the first home equity instant online decision technology, managed Internet and other partnerships, and integrated marketing activities. She was marketing operations manager at Fair, Isaac, Co., and spent nine years at Citicorp, including serving as vice president, CitiGold, five years with The Student Loan Corp., and in marketing consumer lending products.
Bobbie received her MBA from University of Rochester, Simon Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in business and sociology from State University of New York at Plattsbugh. She also completed executive development work at the University of Michigan during her tenure with Fair, Isaac.

Ed is responsible for the operations of World Omni and its third-party servicing business, CenterOne Financial Services LLC. Operations include the servicing of retail loan, lease and commercial in outstanding auto finance assets for Southeast Toyota Finance and CenterOne's third party clients. Service center operations are located in Mobile, AL, St. Louis, MO and Minneapolis, MN. The nation wide vehicle remarketing operation is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Ed joined World Omni in March 2003 from SunTrust Bank's Strategic Planning/Corporate Strategies Group. He has diverse experience in Fortune 50 and entrepreneurial consumer product and financial services companies. Ed has held senior management positions with SunTrust Bank, Bank of Hawaii, PepsiCo, Texaco, Ocwen Financial Corp. and start-up ventures.

Brent Burns

Brent Burns is president of World Omni Financial Corp. (World Omni) and executive vice president of its parent company JM Family Enterprises, Inc. (JM Family). Burns is responsible for the strategic and operational management of World Omni, a diversified financial services company, providing a broad range of financial services to consumers, dealers and lenders. He also serves as a member of JM Family's Executive Management Team, which oversees the development and implementation of the company's long-range planning and strategies for future growth.

Cheesebrough has over 25 years Information Technology Management experience in the financial services, manufacturing and retail industries. She has held various positions at The CIT Group (Newcourt Financial Services & AT&T Capital), Ernst & Young, Honeywell Inc. and U.S. Shoe Corporation.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Cheesebrough earned a bachelor of arts degree in 1983 from the University of South Florida and received a master's degree in business administration in 1986. She has earned several professional certifications including C.D.P., C.P.I.M and F.L.M.I.
Cheesebrough is an active board member for Route One, a joint venture created by GMAC and other captive finance companies. She resides on the board for the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival, a local arts organization and is also a trustee for the Michigan Opera Theatre.

Kenneth T. Clark

Ken Clark is the Capital Markets & Business Development executive for Bank of America Dealer Financial Services, which provides comprehensive financial services to the automobile, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, marine and personal aircraft industries throughout the United States.
Clark joined Bank of America in 2003 as a national accounts executive. He was promoted to business development executive in 2005 and assumed his current role in November 2007.
Before joining Bank of America, Clark spent 20 years with Ford Motor Credit Company as a vice president at its headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. He held leadership positions in marketing, operations, consumer and fleet leasing, sales and national accounts.

Dan has over 25 years experience in the Automotive and Powersports finance industry, having held various senior management positions with bank and captive lending institutions. He is currently Vice President - Sales Operations for BMW Financial Services NA. Donald S. Gottwald

Executive Vice President - Indirect Marketing, Product Management and Sales
Don is the EVP of Indirect Marketing, Product Management and Sales for HSBC Auto Finance (HAF). In this position, he has profit and loss responsibility for HSBC's Indirect Dealer Business, including channel strategy, product development, pricing, marketing and sales. His team consists of approximately 200 employees located across the United States. Don joined HAF in December 2005 as EVP Indirect Marketing and Product Management. He added responsibility for Indirect Sales in August 2007. Prior to joining HAF, Don spent twelve years at General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), where he held progressively more responsible roles in dealer development, sales, operations, and commercial lending. At Nuvell Credit, GMAC's non-prime company, he served as senior vice president of Marketing. In 2001, Don became Managing Director of GMAC's private label finance company subsidiaries, Saab Financial Services Corp. and American Suzuki Financial Services. Don currently serves as Chair of the American Financial Services Association's Vehicle Finance Advisory Board and is a member of Northwood University's Automotive Marketing Curriculum Advisory Board. Don is active in the San Diego community as a youth sports coach and in Junior Achievement. George Halloran

George Halloran is an auto finance industry professional with broad and deep leadership and management experience in automotive and related financial services - an energetic leader of high-performance teams that regularly deliver exceptional results. He has over thirty years of hands-on operational as well as executive management experience across the entire auto financing enterprise spectrum including field operations, strategy and planning, finance, marketing, risk management and IT. Halloran has extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge of origination, servicing and funding processes. He has strong communication skills and a distinguished record of creating environments for others to excel.
Halloran is a former Executive Board Member of the American Financial Services Association and has served as an active member of the Financial Services Roundtable, the Corporate Strategy Board and the UK Association of Directors. He speaks several languages and has professional instructional experience through the university level in English, Mathematics, Marketing and Business Management. He has developed several business and university courses and has conducted numerous business seminars and workshops. He holds a BS in Physics from Penn State and an MS in Management from the University of Southern California.
He recently formed Connections Insights, a company focused on the strategic partnering between auto finance service providers and the finance sources including captives, banks, independent auto finance companies and credit unions. Plans are also underway to develop an online subscription-based knowledge-base of auto finance related providers and to offer supporting consulting services and expertise to those represented in and using this resource bank.
He is a former Vice President of Global Strategic Planning at Ford Credit and, since 2005, he has operated his own consulting company. Omnibus Enterprises has provided consulting for a variety of client companies including all major auto- finance captives, several major US banks' auto-finance operations, BenchMark Consulting International, Fidelity Information Systems, ACS, Reynolds & Reynolds and others, related to enterprise strategy development, major IT project implementation and benefit evaluation, staffing model development, operational process benchmarking, vendor management, customer value equation development and strategic marketing.
While at Ford Credit, Halloran held a series of progressively challenging line and staff executive and management positions. As Vice President of Global Strategic Planning, he directed Strategy and Planning, Business Intelligence, and Business Development & Restructuring for the world's largest auto finance company ($200 billion, 40 countries, 22,000 employees, 12,500 dealers, 10 million customers). He spearheaded evolution toward a new business model focused on auto loan origination and servicing supported by innovative funding structures and developed unique structured tools for guiding the organization through strategic thinking, planning and achievement.
As an Executive Director with Ford Credit Europe, Halloran centralized European marketing activities (previously conducted at country level) and developed a project management system now used worldwide at Ford Credit as Enterprise Project Management. He directly managed IT, Marketing, Education & Training, Insurance, Project/Program Management, and Full-Service Leasing, and matrix managed all Sales Operations activities for 23 national markets. He also directed operations providing credit-line financing of the global Ford distributor network (50 countries). In the first years of his European assignment he managed seven Northern-European financing operations, harmonized regional processes for finance and accounting, and led the development and launched common IT platforms for all operations. He then managed UK Sales and Operations and over 400 employees in first major centralized auto financing service center in Europe, reversing severe sales/dealer satisfaction declines and upgrading service center operating processes to best-in-class. He also chaired the UK credit committee with $10 million credit approval limit.

William Himpler

Bill Himpler is the American Financial Services Association's (AFSA) Executive Vice President for Federal Affairs. Bill and his team have enhanced AFSA's presence in the political debate affecting a number of issues that impact member companies' ability to offer affordable credit options to American consumers. Bill came to AFSA from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he headed the congressional relations office. Prior to joining HUD in 2002, Himpler was director of legislative affairs for Barbour Griffith & Rogers, Inc. and was tax counsel/legislative director for Rep. Jerry Weller (R-IL). He has also served as a senior legislative assistant with Rep. Charles Canady (R-FL) and was a policy analyst and press secretary for the House Republican Study Committee.

David L. Jones is vice president of Consumer Credit, Operations Support & Plans for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. He oversees Consumer credit risk management, retail & lease rates and plans administration, dealership inventory financing systems, application processing & credit evaluation systems and legal document management for GMAC North American Auto Financing Operations.
Born December 30, 1950, in Charles City, VA, Mr. Jones earned a bachelor's degree in American Civilization with honors from Williams College in Williamstown, MA, in 1974.
Mr. Jones joined GMAC at the Richmond, VA, branch in 1975. He served in various capacities there before being named credit supervisor in 1978. Two years later, Mr. Jones was named assistant credit manager of the Washington, D.C., branch. He was promoted to credit manager the following year and appointed sales manager in 1985. Later that year, he was promoted to assistant manager of the Oak Brook Terrace, IL branch.
Mr. Jones completed a management development program in 1985 sponsored by the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) at the University of North Carolina School of Business. In 1987, he completed an executive development program in business management at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. In that same year, he was named business development manager of the Chicago, IL West Side branch. In June 1988, he was promoted to manager of the Joliet, IL branch.
In 1991, Mr. Jones became assistant manager of the Plans department at the company's headquarters in Detroit. He was promoted to his current position in March 1993. In May 1996, Mr. Jones completed an executive development program in finance at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He also completed, in May 1998, an advanced management executive development program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Mr. Jones is active in community affairs as a member of the Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan board of directors, a member of the Music Hall for Performing Arts board of Trustees, the Farmington Public School's Community Partnership Committee, and the Multicultural/Multiracial Council of Oakland County, MI; and coach in the Detroit area Catholic Youth Organization basketball program. He has been married to the former Pauline Richard of Opelousas, LA for 24 years and they make their home in Farmington Hills, MI. They have two sons - Eric, who is a former U.S. Marine who works for the FBI in Washington, DC and Christopher, who is a junior at Duke University in Durham, NC.

Mark Kenney is Severson & Werson's Chair and Managing Director. He specializes in civil litigation, dispute resolution and business counseling. He has litigated and tried key class and public policy actions in state and Federal courts nationwide. These include AFSA v. City of Oakland, which he argued before the California Supreme Court. There, AFSA achieved a decisive turning point victory against a potentially disastrous nationwide trend of local ordinances purporting to regulate mortgage lending.

Amy Martin

Amy Martin is a director in the Structured Finance Ratings Group at Standard & Poor's. As a senior member of the amortizing assets group, she is responsible for chairing auto loan and auto lease credit committees, the on-going development and refinement of Standard & Poor's criteria in these areas, coordinating and conducting ABS analytical training programs, and implementing and managing various analytical tools used in the rating process.
Amy has published numerous articles and criteria publications on the auto sector of the asset-backed securities market, and is currently responsible for publishing Standard & Poor's quarterly auto loan static index and collateral trends report. Amy has been involved in a wide range of rating assignments (including auto loans, auto leases and student loans) since joining the company in 1993 and was a team leader managing a team of amortizing asset analysts from 1997-2000.
Prior to joining Standard & Poor's in 1993, Amy was a lending officer in Barclays Bank PLC's debt underwriting group and a credit analyst at Chemical Bank, where she completed the bank's Credit Training Program.

Tim is the general manager of the Consumer Direct Business for HSBC Auto Finance based in San Diego. In this position he is responsible for commercial relationships, product management, marketing, sales and credit & funding operations related to HSBC's $2+ billion of consumer direct auto loan originations per year.
Prior to joining HSBC, Tim was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton from 1998 to 2003 focused on both the Consumer Products and Automotive industries. From 1992 to 1996 he was a senior marketing analyst in American Airlines' pricing and revenue management department.

Mike McConnell is vice president of sales, financial products and corporate planning for Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA). He is responsible for managing sales and marketing functions for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and Infiniti Financial Services (IFS), as well as managing the corporate planning office.

 John P. McEleney is president of McEleney Motors, Inc. and Southgate Motors, Ltd., Clinton, Iowa, represents the state's franchised new-car dealers on the National Automobile Dealers Association's board of directors.
A member of the NADA since 1976, McEleney is currently the association's Chrysler chairman on the Industry Relations Committee, a director on the Guide Company board, a director on the Insurance Trust Board, and a member of the Nominating committee. Previously, he served as NADA's region III vice chairman and on the Government Relations, Industry Relations, and Public Affairs committees. Jim Moynes

James R. Moynes is vice president, Global Strategic Planning, Ford Motor Credit. He is responsible for developing strategies that make the company profitable and efficient worldwide.
Previously, he was vice president, Automotive Marketing and Sales Development, responsible for all marketing, product management and sales support activities for Ford Motor Credit North America.
Before that, Moynes was executive director, Global Operations and Technology for Ford Financial Europe with responsibility for the company's operations and technology infrastructure in 19 countries. He moved to that assignment from Volvo Car Finance Europe where he was president.
Moynes's broad experience includes service as the first director of Ford Credit's Henderson (Nev.) service center and as performance manager of the team that developed the service center concept, which moved Ford Motor Credit's collections, account maintenance and customer service functions from branches to centralized locations.
He joined Ford Motor Credit Company in 1987 in the company's MBA staff hire program after which he served in field operations roles including branch operations manager in Columbus, Ohio, branch manager in Asheville, N.C., and Sonic Automotive national account manager in Atlanta, Ga.

Marc Sheinbaum
 Marc Sheinbaum is CEO of Auto and Education Finance, part of JPMorgan Chase Retail Financial Services, headquartered in Garden City, NY. Marc joined the firm in February, 2007, after 14 years with GE Consumer Finance (formerly GE Capital), where his most recent position was President of GE Money Services. In that role, Marc led all businesses that marketed fee-based products and services to U.S.-based consumers. John William Snow

President George W. Bush nominated John William Snow to be the 73rd Secretary of the Treasury on January 13, 2003 . The United States Senate unanimously confirmed Snow to the position on January 30, 2003 and he was sworn into office on February 3, 2003 . As Secretary of the Treasury, Snow worked closely with President Bush on a broad array of economy policy issues.
Prior to becoming Treasury Secretary, Snow was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSX Corporation, where he successfully guided the multi-modal global transportation company through a period of tremendous change. During Snow's twenty years at CSX, he led the Corporation to refocus on its core railroad business, dramatically reduce injuries and train accidents, and improve its financial performance.
Snow held several high-ranking positions in the Department of Transportation during the Ford Administration where he led the efforts to reform regulation of the motor carrier, airline, barge and rail industries.
From 1994 through 1996 Snow served as Chairman of the Business Roundtable, the foremost business policy group comprised of 250 chief executive officers of the nation's largest companies. During that period, he played a major role in supporting passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement and working on the deficit reduction agreement.
Snow is widely recognized as a leading champion of improved corporate governance practices. He served as co-chairman of the influential Conference Board's Blue-Ribbon Commission on Public Trust and Private Enterprise, which made a number of recommendations to improve corporate governance. He also served as co-chairman of the National Commission on Financial Institution Reform, Recovery and Enforcement in 1992 that made recommendations following the savings and loan crisis.
Snow was born in Toledo , Ohio , on August 2, 1939 , and did undergraduate work at Kenyon College and the University of Toledo, from which he received a BA in 1962. Both schools have honored him with honorary degrees. He also holds a Masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins University and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia where he studied under two Nobel Prize winners. Snow graduated with a law degree from the George Washington University in 1967 and was on the economics faculty at the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia. He also taught on the law faculty at George Washington. He served as a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute in 1977 and a Distinguished Fellow at the Yale School of Management from 1978 until 1980. His interest in education includes service on the School Board of the City of Richmond from 1983 to 1985.
Before joining the Administration, Snow served on various corporate and non-profit boards including the American Enterprise Institute and Johns Hopkins University. He is currently chairman of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.

Christopher Stinebert
Chris Stinebert is president and chief executive officer of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA), a national, Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing 350 financial services firms and their 10,000 branch offices. These member companies provide over $360 billion in credit to consumers and small businesses each year. Founded in 1916, AFSA has a broad membership, including mortgage & home equity lenders, vehicle finance, credit card issuers, and consumer finance providers. Although diverse, AFSA's membership is united by its goal of serving the credit needs of consumers and businesses.

Jim Swartz is Associate General Counsel at Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, responsible for Global Compliance. Jim joined Ford Credit in1986 upon graduating law school. Annette Sykora
Annette Sykora, dealer principal of Smith Ford Mercury in Slaton, Texas, and Smith South Plains Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep in Levelland, Texas, is the 2007 vice chairman of the National Automobile Dealers Association. She represents the franchised new-car dealers of northern Texas on the National Automobile Dealers Association's board of directors.
A new-car dealer since 1989 and a member of the NADA board since 1999, Sykora currently serves on the association's Finance, ATAE/NADA and Industry Relations committees. She also serves as a trustee on the National Automobile Dealer's Charitable Foundation Board. Previously, she chaired NADA's Public Affairs Committee.
Active in her community, Sykora is chair of the Finance Committee of the First United Methodist Church of Slaton and a board member of the Slaton Chamber of Commerce. She is also past chairperson of the Texas Outstate Ford Dealer Advertising Fund.
In 1993, Sykora was named Boss of the Year by the women's division of the Slaton Chamber of Commerce.

Paul Tsang

Senior Vice President
Wells Fargo Auto Financial
Paul Tsang joined Wells Fargo in 1992 and is currently the Senior Vice President of the Strategic Auto Investment group that specializes in investments of automotive financing portfolios. Prior to his current position, Tsang managed numerous functions in the auto finance area of Wells Fargo including Strategic Planning, CFO, Internet Business, and Operations. Before joining Wells Fargo, Tsang worked at First Nationwide Bank and Ernst and Young as a Senior Auditor.
Tsang lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children. He is an active participant in Wells Fargo's mentoring program. Tsang also serves as a board member of the San Francisco Education Fund and as the Advisory Council Chairperson for Oakland Asian Student Educational Services. He has been a past board director for Community Educational Services and Asian American Recovery Services in San Francisco.
Tsang received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from California State University, East Bay and his Master in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Marguerite Watanabe
 Marguerite Watanabe's
experience as an auto finance industry professional spans nearly twenty years. Recently, she formed Connections Insights, to focus on strategic partnering between auto finance service providers, captives, banks, independent auto finance companies and credit unions. Her new company plans to develop an online subscription-based directory of auto finance related providers and offer consulting services and expertise. Previously, she served as the auto finance practice manager at BenchMark Consulting International, where she helped auto finance clients improve profitability through the delivery of management decision making information and change management services. Marguerite's core focus at BenchMark was strategic relationship management.
Prior to BenchMark, she was senior vice president of business development at Bar None. Her responsibilities included establishing strategic alliances with industry partners, identifying and growing new distribution channels and working with the sales teams on execution.
Marguerite also garnered industry experience as senior vice president for Equifax, where she managed the sales division responsible for the finance and dealer customers in the automotive industry. She also served as vice president for business development participating in new product development and market analysis.
Prior to Equifax, Marguerite was employed at Nissan North America and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation for ten years in a variety of marketing and product development positions in Japan and the United States.
Marguerite is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science/economics. She has a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
Currently, Marguerite serves on AFSA's Board of Directors and Vehicle Finance Board. She is also the chair of AFSA's Associate Member Advisory board. In 2007, Marguerite was awarded AFSA's Distinguished Service Award (DSA). In addition, she is on the Board of Directors of the National Auto Finance Association (NAF) and is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA). She also sits on two other private companies' board of advisors.

Thomas Weslocky

Vice President, Loss Mitigation

As a Vice President at Capital One, Tom Weslocky and his team are charged with reducing delinquency and preventing loss at Capital One's Auto Financing division. His team encompasses Early, Mid, and Late Stage Collections; Repossessions; Skip Tracing; Recovery; and Vehicle Remarketing.
Tom joined Capital One from GE Capital where he served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In this role, Tom led business process improvement efforts to achieve significant cost savings for the company. He also served as an interim site director for the company's Minnesota operations.
Before joining GE Capital, Tom served as Vice President of Customer Support for FirstUSA Bank. In that capacity, he was responsible for leading their Wilmington based collection team and overseeing the division's centralized support functions.
The majority of Tom's career was spent at JC Penney. Tom began his career at JC Penney in an entry level position in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA and worked his way through the ranks, gaining increasing responsibility in each new assignment. He worked in various areas of JC Penney's Credit division including Operations Management, Production Management, Corporate Staff, and Human Resources. He also spent three years in their Life Insurance Division as Customer Service Manager and was responsible for leading the servicing function for JC Penney Life Insurance policy holders. In his last role, he was a site Director for their Cincinnati based Collection Center.
In his current position, Tom encourages positive thinking to achieve outstanding results. He believes in delivering on his promises and offering repeatable solutions where possible. He also knows that persistency and hard work should be balanced with an enjoyable working environment and strives to keep humor and fun a part of his day.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, watching football with his son, and working on projects around the house.
Tom resides in Dallas, TX.

David W. Westcott

NADA Board of Directors - North Carolina
David W. "Dave" Westcott, president of Westcott Buick, Pontiac, Isuzu, GMC, Burlington, North Carolina, represents North Carolina's franchised new-car dealers on the association's board of directors.
A new car-dealer since 1981, Westcott became a member of the National Automobile Dealers Association that year. He currently serves as President Club co-chair for the Dealer Election Action committee, represents Suzuki on the Industry Relations committee, and is a member of the Government Relations committee.
Previously, Westcott was NADA's region II vice chairman, Isuzu chairman on NADA's Industry Relations committee and a North Carolina Auto Dealers Association (NCADA) chair to the Self-Insurance Fund. He was also chairman of the Buick National Dealer Council, GM President's Council and Buick's Brand Team. From 1995 through 1996, Westcott was president of the NCADA, where he received the Time Dealer Award from NADA.
Active in his community, Westcott has served as a board member to the United Way, Cancer Society, YMCA and the Rotary Club, where he received the Paul Harris Fellow Award. As past president and current trustee of the Boy Scouts, Westcott received the Silver Beaver Award.

Bob is a former Captain in the US Air Force and served as a high performance jet fighter pilot.
